If you are new in Oslo, it helps to know the difference between emergency help, urgent help and ordinary health services.

If it is urgent

• Call 113 if the situation is critical and there is danger to life or health.
• Call 116 117 for the emergency clinic when it is urgent, but not life-threatening.

Health services for young people in Oslo

If you are between 12 and 24 years old in Oslo, you can use Helsestasjon for ungdom (HFU). The services are free, and you can choose the clinic that fits you best.
